Fairly clean hotel, facilities are TOP CLASS, and the location is great and incredible in the morning overlooking the bay. The deluxe room is new-fashioned and luxurious. Very efficient service, the breakfast is great. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant on site.

The hotel is located in a stunning area, right on the beautiful main beach, also not too far away from the train station in San Sebastian. The room is modern and comfortable, with good amenities, such as coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is overpriced and some guests find it inadequate.

The shower was complicated. and the whole bathroom was always wet because the shower door was open to the outside. Unfortunately no light by the sink
